If you item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you item is received in a damaged condition, please telephone us on 01636 817877 to obtain an RMA number and we will supply you with the address for the items to returned to. Once these damaged items have been received, we arrange to either send you a replacement or to refund your account up to the value of the damaged goods returned.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order the same day if placed before 2pm if not the next business day.

International orders are generally received in under seven business days.

Our products come with a 'return and refund' gurantee which means that if you return them within 7 days of receipt in the condition they were received in, we will happily refund the original purchase amount (less shipping costs) or apply the amount as a discount for a new order.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details that we will need to satisfy the order.


We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.


We accept Visa, Switch, Amex and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the internet.

Please take your time when entering your credit card details as we receive many orders with incorrect details.

Simply Resins do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Shipping is at £1.95 for all UK destinations, Postage is FREE for orders over £35.

For all orders to other EC counties including Eire we charge a shipping charge of £4.95

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
